The agreement between you and Manoj Co when you use our apps, website and services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Manoj Co ("Manoj Co", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of our applications, websites and related services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Subject to these Terms, Manoj Co grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Services, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Some apps or features are available for a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; Manoj Co does not directly collect your payment details.

You retain all rights to the content you create with our apps ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of it. Where an app stores content in your iCloud account, that data remains under your control and subject to Apple's terms. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where appropriate, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you create or upload.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos and the "Manoj Co" name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Manoj Co and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to you.
The Services rely on and may link to third-party services, most notably Apple's App Store and iCloud. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Manoj Co is not responsible for third-party services and does not endorse their content.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manoj Co and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. In no event shall Manoj Co's total liability exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant app in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manoj Co and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue an app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
