Manoj Co builds applications for Apple platforms and operates this website. We believe great software does not require harvesting your personal data. This policy describes the limited information we handle, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. By using our apps or website, you agree to the practices described here.

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

Information you provide

• Contact details — such as your name and email address when you contact support, submit our contact form, or request a feature.
• Correspondence — the content of messages you send us, so we can respond and improve our apps.

Information created within our apps

• Your content — notes, tasks, entries and similar data you create. Where an app offers sync, this is stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. We do not have access to it.
• App settings — preferences stored on your device to personalise your experience.

Information collected automatically

• Diagnostics — if you opt in through your device settings, Apple may share anonymised crash and performance data with us to help fix bugs. This does not identify you.
• Website usage — basic, aggregated analytics such as page views and general region, used to understand how our site is used. See Cookies & analytics.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, browsing history across other apps, advertising identifiers for tracking, or biometric data.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve our apps and website.
• To respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
• To diagnose problems, fix bugs and enhance performance and reliability.
• To understand, in aggregate, how our products are used so we can make them better.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or profiling.

• Apple — as our app distribution and payment platform, Apple processes purchases, subscriptions and (with your permission) diagnostics. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Service providers — trusted vendors who help us operate (for example, website hosting and email), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and permitted to use data only to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons — where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or Manoj Co.
• Business transfers — if Manoj Co is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred, subject to this policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

6. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses a minimal set of cookies and privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to keep the site working and to understand overall traffic. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to function with cookies disabled.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here — for example, we retain support correspondence long enough to help you and improve our apps, then delete or anonymise it. Content stored in your own iCloud account is retained and controlled by you.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls and Apple's secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and to limit what we hold in the first place.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your personal information ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of your information.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell or share your data. Our apps and website are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
